Very EXPENSIVE store. Unreasonably OVERPRICED store. Very COSTLY as compared to other stores. Just because they charge Higher because they have a spacious store at a great location. They dont even have a good collection. If you are looking great product at a great price then you have to check out near store Vidhaatas selection. you will get far better products at half price.

Horrible service! First, nobody was interested in showing the outfits or helping with sizes, later, when I brought one, gave it for alterations and called them atleast 200 times out of which they received once, I asked them specifically to take out the altered outfit of the slip number I shared, and that I will collect in 10 mins I had a flight in sometime and was in a hurry. Despite of requesting them for the same and they agreeing for it, I was made to wait 10 minutes just to give that single piece of outfit! Start taking your customers seriously if you want sales!

Awesome collection of sarees,suits nd gowns....staff is very helpful

Moderate varieties in Indian ethnic and indo- western style clothes, starting from mid-range to high-end. But the staffs are very selective towards attending the customers, depending upon their profile. They will not show you a single piece by themselves even if they have what you need, unless you are only a high-end buyer. Didn’t expect such behaviour after seeing a 4.4 rating on Google.

I went there for the first time about a week ago and trust me they have the best of the best sarees. A huge collection to choose from. I loved both the sarees i bought. And luckily i was there just in the time for discounts. And the salesman are so helpful. A must visit.

Had a great experience online shopping with Simaaya. They have a very good collection of all types of sarees. Really loved the designs and quality and not to mention the huge collection to choose from. I recently bought few sarees from them. The sarees are of great quality and exactly like the ones in their website.However, what impressed me most is the behavior of the staff. Unlike any other online shopping website, they provide personal assistance to each of their customers. I even visited their office in Camac Street. The staff is very friendly and helpful. When I requested for a particular type of saree, they sent me many pictures and links from the existing collection as well as from the ones that are yet to be uploaded.Thanks a lot team Simaaya..

I wanted to gift a saree to my sister for Poila Baishakh so one of my friends suggested me Simaaya. I must say they have beautiful collections for womens wear and their behavior todays their customer is really appreciating

Very good experience online shopping with Simaaya. I got my products in 3 days (it was delivered in France) , i ordered a saree (very beautiful, exactly the same as they sent me the picture, not like other online stores when colors are different from the picture ! ) and 3 désigner (satomi) salwar kamiz ans they Just didnt send me the same bottoms as in picture but it was okay, it was pink instead of black, i wasnt that bothered but they contacted me to know if I was satisfied and I said its pink instead of black and they send me 3 black bottoms without any shipping charges for the second shipping and even didnt say me to send those pink ones ! It was really nice ! ( shipping cost is really expensive !) and they processed as the way that I didnt paid any custom clearance charge !They have really good collection of saree, salwar kameez, gowns even traditional saree collection, my saree wasnt on their online website but I contacted them to know if they had traditional bandhani sarees and they sent me 15 pictures .Thank you simaaya team
