The service is terrible, I have never experienced that level of disrespect from a place I was spending MY MONEY. The workers gave me a lot of attitude for asking simple questions (as if its bad that I want more information). They made me feel as if I was begging them and not doing business. I would not recommend you shop there because the terrible customer service, disrespect and ATTITUDE is not worth it at all. If it was possible I would have given this store a zero rating!

Shopped today october 2020. Service is poor. Experience was poor. The prices are not competitive as i soon learnt after my purchase. The warranty provided is one month compare to the manufacturer warranty of 1 year on the laptop battery i bought. They would not give the original packaging either (not sure why).
I used to come here for the best prices. I am not so sure they still are the lowest price leaders.

I Purchase my laptop in 2017 and within the same year I run into problem with it. I took it back to Royale Computers along with the 1 warranty and they turned me away and reccomend me somewhere else to get it fix though I have the warranty. I went, got it fix and pay. Now another issue occur, call Dell this time for technical support only to find out the warranty expires from 2016 (not the purchase warranty)and the laptop is in someone elses name so they couldnt assist me any further. Royale Computer sold me a refurbish laptop and charge me the price of a new laptop for it. Smh I lost all my work, all of it! I cried the whole time last night to now. Why these companies so unfair?

They do follow up calls to update me on the progress of my CPU that was being repaired. I strongly recommend them to everyone who are looking for the best in computer parts and accessories.

I had a similar experience some time ago. Their service was sh!++y. Innovative Systems in Sovereign had what I wanted, thats how far I ended up going for the item. I was actually treated like I mattered as soon as I stepped though the door, before they even knew what I wanted. It could have been a ball point pen for $150 but that didnt matter. Thats service. I ended up spending my money and THEN bought 2 additional items just because they made me feel good. They fixed the day Royale Computers spoilt.
Horrible service from a Micah/Micheal, a dark skinned short tempered female. 30/07/2019. She needs to be sent back to customer service training. Horrible! It’s been a very long while since I’ve left a store with such a bad taste in my mouth. I went to the upstairs one first, I received great service but they didn’t have what I wanted. The guy told me exactly what to ask for at the downstairs location. I entered the store and told the cashier what I wanted and she called a female to assist me. Told her what I needed, Male to Female HMDI cable. She said she didn’t know what I was talking about, so I asked if there was someone else that knows about these things that could assist. She immediately grew an attitude on me. I said to her, ok maybe I could tell you what I want it for but she stepped away at the same time so I guess she didn’t hear me. Then she walked pass me again to go to a customer to ask him if he was getting through so I’m like in my mind I’m still not getting through. But I decided to put her attitude/unprofessionalism aside because I needed help. So I said to her, I wanted to tell you what I wanted it for and maybe that would help you understand what I needed. She responded with attitude again that she didn’t hear me the first time and stormed off again. Only this time, she went to the cashier where the other workers were and she started cussing about how I didn’t know what I wanted ect ect loudly because I was at the end of the store and heard everything so I walked over there same time they sent out a short brown dude. He understood what I needed but they didn’t have it. Told him thanks and left. I was shopping for a lot of things that day but my experience was so bad that I couldn’t bring myself to spend any money there which is sad because Royal has been my go to store. Anyways, they need to train her to be professional. If I ask for a product and you don’t know what it is, you should be the one to ask for more information to assist me & you or at the very least provide another customer rep to assist me. But to leave me stranded in the store no closer to knowing if the product I desire is in stock and on top of that useless attitude and talking about me so poorly and loudly as if I wasn’t still in the store when the true problem was her incompetence. That experience was downright unacceptable I felt like a third class citizen in my own country the way I was treated. She is a very big turn off and should be train in manners and product knowledge until she understands that her only purpose there is to make this store better than the way she found it.
Shopping at Royale Computer for me was easy as they supplied all of what I wanted as well as what I needed. Their staff are friendly and go out of there way to make you feel right at home. This for me is exceptional.

Customer service is here is horrid. Or non existent may be a more fitting description. I took my business elsewhere and as a bonus I got the item $3000 cheaper than they quoted. And I say quoted because after I called and they quoted a price, when I got there they told me rather casually that they dont have the item. That wasnt disclosed on the call and I made it clear I wanted it. They then sent me to their other location which I called when I was heading there only to be told to go back to the Pavilion location. After voicing my displeasure I was transferred to a rep who shouted at me because I told her she should identify herself or where a customer is calling and not just answer or pick up a call by saying Hello. Its not your home or cellphone. The service I received yesterday makes me sure I will NOT be doing business with Royale Computers again.Thanks.

Called their phones multiple times to find out if an item is available for purchase only to be transferred multiple times to no mans land meaning no one ever picksup even tho Im trying to make a purchase . they claim to open at 9:00 am but seems more like 9:30 or 10
