Very cooperative and professional staff.The eatables available there are really of good quality and taste.Especial care is kept upon the expiry date. Its impossible for you to see any expired product displayed.Love the atmosphere maintained by the staff.

Still needs to upgrade alot of things, i been there couple of times but disappointed about the food quality and there standards of making products. They have a very good location and very cooperative staff members.

Love this place because they have grate quality and low prices. In Ramadan or any other occasions they also offer deals. Cakes are good there. Nimkos and biscuits quality vise excellent. Gourmet cold drink I personally dont like. Instead of that staf is good they do weare gloves while packing products and goods that good thing about that

Good prices, good range of products, staff need best customer service training as Ive had few bad experiences. I dont like it when you waiting to be served and the counter staff are engaging in conversation as you are invisible. I dont like it when the typical people jump the que when you have been waiting in line for your turn - the staff should have the decency to serve the customers in the order of the que and not whoever manages to rummage their way to the front of the que by pushing in.Would give it more stars but had another bad experience where I was charged too much when I bought a couple of cakes, had to make 3 trips to get the matter resolved.

Gourmet nimko is tasty.biscuits are so so .... 3 stars for this branch but yes gourmet lahore is good tasty almond cookies specially
