DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH - STEER CLEAR.Absolutely terrible treatment of me as a customer. The staff lied to me with no apparent reason. Maybe becaise he could not be bothered with the minimal work involved in my request, maybe they want to misuse the ID of the UK remitter who sent me th moneygram, maybe they wanted to defraud me or the sender somehow.. I just dont know but be careful when they ask you for other peoples ID cards. Very suspiciousOn 27/08/2020 at around 3p.m, I went in branch as i have done many times before to receive my moneygram payment sent to me from the UK. As i entered, the bank branch was pretty much empty with no customers standing in queue. The two male staff members were together, one sitting and one standing, Im not sure if they felt that i have interrupted their gossip timr or whatever, but when i gave them the moneygram reference number the one standing told me i need to submit the ID Card of the sender. Thats total nonsense, i have been dealing with moneygram for many many years now and know for sure this is an absolute lie. I explained to him that the sender is in the UK hence their ID card for Pakistan is also with them if they have one that is, and he still dis not proceed to action my transaction. Instead he sent me to Habib bank which is next door..... I left with extreme disappointment and went to Habib Bank instead where my payment was received in a more usual manner.I told the HabibMetro staff that i will check online re the requirements of Moneygram receiving payments at HabibMetro and will put in a complaint if what he says is untrue, this changed his attitude a bit but he still did not help and still my experience was such that i will probably not go in that branch ever again.....

Non cooperative team here ,look busy do nothing.If u say any service they can not solve the matter.Illiterate team n need training development regarding How to deal customers in professional wayIf they do not work Customers relationships ,bank will close soon.
