Beautiful shopping mall of the luxury brands. The mall is especially pretty in winter :) The choice of the brands is very big (you have all the top brands in one place). Usually TSUM is full of people (even in pandemics).The staff of the shops is always very helpful and professional.The toilets are in -1 and 5th floor (you should show a TSUM card or a bill for a free entry).

The horriblest Ive ever been. The only restroom here is on the fifth floor and they charge a hundred roubles. Better go to the Red Square.

This is a fashionable Department Store in the historical part of Moscow. Late Mrs. Alla Verber has created a mec of fashion with all high end brands with latest collections. Luxurious, elegant, quite with a great service. I would have send some Geneva boutiques salespersons to learn what service is.Even if you want have a quick lunch there is an elegant cafe for it with reasonable prices, delicious food and coffee, nice atmosphere and THE SERVICE.Bongenie and Globus are a simple C&A in comparison with TSUM. Even if you don’t want to buy anything, just go and visit it. Very glamorous place.

I just love it!

Since I have a love affair with By Kilian—the line of perfumes that is, not the man himself of course—I entered the amazing TSUM to buy By Kilian “Straight To Heaven, White Cristal”. Having been introduced to the line a few years ago, I have found myself spending lots of time learning about this company and its novelties, oohing and ahhing each time I spray one of their perfumes on my skin. I bought hundreds of their products, many of whom I happened to explore in while in TSUM. The buying experience in TSUM is always great and the sellers always make me feel special. The counter is very impressive. “Straight To Heaven, White Cristal” is still my most favorite one of By Killian. Hands down THE BEST perfume I’ve EVER had! This will be a forever perfume for me until it no longer exists! Lasts all day for me. It IS expensive but I promise it is worth the investment!!!

Went here to make a quick purchase. Staff were helpful although you should understand a little Russian. It’s very high end department store, similar to Saks or Neiman’s. The gift wrapping was free!

One of the best one stop shop for every kind of luxury items. too expensive and attractive. staff is very decent and wll behaved. the inner environment gives you the feel like one is in heaven of shoppers and trendy persons who like to fill their closet with different kind of branded clothing and accessories in fashion.

Brands, food and style on the red square

Not only crazily expensive but also overpriced, look somewhere else in Russia for better deals. Only positive is that the overall experience of shopping is unparalleled in this country. And that seems to work fine for a lot of people looking at the sales.

I worked here , promoted French Perfume called Memo and I can say with certainty that this is the BEST store in Russia. If you come to Moscow, even if you just look at it as an excursion, its worth it !!

If you are looking for luxury department store TSUM is exactly the place you need.Very respectful and good service; though someone will ask you continuously if you need any help, they are anxious to answer any questions.The location is just off the metro stop Teatralnaya and the Bolshoi Theater.

Prices are higher than in Europe but the selection of brands is impressive.
