The ambience and view makes it worth coming back to especially during sunset hour. The service is a little slow but the food was delicious. I would recommend the Mint Lime sprite drink and the fish fingers.

Beautiful restaurant to visit, the jhol momo is just to die for and view you can see of Naryanhiti palace is very picturesque. Staff are also really friendly. Wonderful place to go with friends and family. It takes sometime for food to arrive like 15 minutes minimum so just dont go if you are in hurry and jhol momo starts at 300 nrp in 2020 so its kinda expensive resturants in ktm but its all worth it.

Love this place for their Dragon chicken and Spaghetti with meatballs. Fixed menu. For veg option, Tofu chilly was surprisingly good. And mazedaar makkai is a good option too!

Best Jhol Momo in this world

Le trio was the last restaurant I got a chance to visit before I leave from Kathmandu. This restaurant serves a distinctive dish called Jhol momo in both veg and non veg.We ordered Mazedaar makai, Chicken Jhol momo, Veg Jhol mom, Orange & Lemonade juice. Mazedaar makai was surprisingly crispy sweet corn fried with onions. Taste was sharp flavoured. Jhol momos was my 1st experience. Indeed it was different from the usual momos. Steamed momos are dipped in a gravy. The gravy tasted mild, added with chopped onions and spinach. This spinach taste itself something unique which you don’t get to taste anywhere.Beverages were equally good in taste. They had presented really well with slice of water melon and few mint leaves. Refreshing drink indeed.Ambience is good for family and friends. They have bar attached and besides sports match screened throughout our dinner, what more needed for guys at dinnerThey too have outdoor sitting, but not more than 3 tables.Overall, good place for Jhol momos to try in Kathmandu.

Great location. Superb view including that of the royal palace. Signature item is the Jhol Momo or Momocha.

The location is the best as it has such a peaceful environment. The service is ok. But the taste of the foods and the beverages in my opinion can use some improvement. Otherwise, a good place to relax and hangout with friends.

I went to this place on February last year. This place is really nice when you get outdoor seating. The view of the mountains just amazing and makes me feel so great. Food is nice, staffs are friendly.

One of the worst run restaurants in Nepal. No customer service at all. Waiters are lazy, they just disappear. I had to get out of my seat and get them to take our order. Our food arrived 1 hour after we ordered. Then again the staff disappeared. They never came back to ask if we needed anything. They were out of sight. Food is overpriced here and taste is terrible. Their Jhol MoMo is nothing to write about. Utterly dissapointed. Parking space for such a highly priced restaurant is very very limited and cumbersome. Please save yourself the trouble and never visit this place. Avoid it.

Good place with basement parking. The place is at the top floor. The lift was out of service though. The place was well kept and clean. The staff were friendly and the service was okay. You get nice view of the palace in front. There was a soft music playing in the background which was nice. We ordered virgin mojito, pork chop and chicken and avocado wraps. The drink was refreshing, the portion was good. The meal well balanced with plenty of salads. And tasted good. The place is a bit on the expensive side. Nice place for lunch or dinner.

Soup Momo is fantastic plus other foods are also good. They have a different ambience with good view. Make sure you carry cash when you go over there, most of the time their PoS machine is out of order.

A quite high-end restaurant with a peaceful environment. With soft music playing on the background the place provides you a nice environment to be in. Ideal for family dinner/lunch as well.Food has to be the strongest plus points about this place. They taste amazing.The menu does not fall into a budget menu, but the food you will get (both quantity and taste) is worth it.One area that this place could do better at is add more vegetarian/vegan options for both appetizers and main course.

Sadly, Le Trio disappointed me today. Ive been a loyal customer of this place, and a happy one. But today Le Trio lost a loyal customer.As great as everything was, the steak I ordered was really chewey and bad, I couldnt even finish it. Its understandable... No big deal, happens sometimes...But when I mentioned the issue with the food, the server laughs at my face! Not particularly the kind of service youd expect after a 3k dinner. Disappointed.Maybe invest in proper staff training and complaint handling, yeah? Make good use of the 10% service charge by actually providing a good service.

The place is amazing with refreshing drink selection.the view of the palace museum give it another benefit.The food was delicious but i am not satisfied with mac and cheese which was my first try here and had to give away.Though momo was one of the best.

Loved the Food and drinks here! The restaurant is right accross the palace (now known as palace msuseum) where Royal family of Nepal used to reside. The restaurant has a nice vibe. The only problem i find with this place is their slow service. When me and my two other friends visited for lunch, it was quite but the time between servings of dishes were later than convenient. Nevetherless, i would recommend it for people to have quite lunch and long conversation.

Le Trio Restaurant is located in front of Narayanhiti Palace. The open space on the balcony of this restaurant gives a spectacular view of the palace as well as northern part of Kathmandu Valley. The food delivered here is likely to be favorable for your sense buds. There is an underground parking available for the customers.

Can get variety dished here. Little bit expensive but they can handle few customers as well as big group customer at same time due to it has big space using indoor and outdoor.

My 7 Year old laptop is faster than the service here. Food and ambience were satisfactory but all of this was offset by the fact that the staff seemed either inexperienced or without care. I had to cancel my main course after waiting for 75 mins. Would not recommend.

The food and location was good, but the service disappointed me. I waited 20 minutes before the first waiter arrived and when I was not yet ready to leave, the waiter surprised me with my bill that I had not asked for. I thought that was extremely rude. Not what I had expected from such a well reputed establishment.

Good food, we tried momo, jhol momo, pork chop, and chicken sizzler. All of them were delicuous. Staff is courteous.
