I was their regular customer. But due to an incident I discontinued going there. My doctor advised me to change some of my medications which I used to take regularly. I wanted to exchange the old medicines with the new one which I bought from them. When I showed them the new prescription they insisted to show me the receipt. For sometime I was throwing away shopping bags , receipts etc. due to covid-19. They knew me by face, being regular customer. It is obvious that there are ways to confirm that the item was bought from them. But they preferred their policy and systems over customer satisfaction, hence refused the exchange.

Very friendly staff. Prices are reasonable, willing to exchange if there is a problem which is a good thing. Pharmacy needs to be better organized and quicker. Waiting time is a bit long and if getting a lot of medicine at one time you must walk staff through everything and double check theyve got it right .

Good staff, good environment but bad prices. For example gift card that is worth Rs.5 every where costs Rs.10 at this mart. Other marts like this are offering discounted prices but this mart is not so please check rates before buying anything.
