Got catnip and wet cat food here. The guy at the counter is very helpful and sweet. They have an assortment of toys and other stuff for your pets. They also have s grooming center which I think is pretty cool.

Well mannered supportive pastionate staff, clean & tidy enviroment, And above all they are professionals...Loved PETPAL will recommend all pet owners to do visit them.

My maltese gets her hair cut here regularly and it’s a really fabulous and knowledgeable job. I would rate her grooming as high as when I get it done in Switzerland. I’m really very satisfied.

I purchased this expensive cage and a bed for PKR 20,500 only to face a inappropriate decline of charging my card for 20,000 as round figure. The staff started spilling his own misery that 500 Rs is his daily petrol cost, like it had anything to do with my simple request of a discount. Plus when I asked the price before purchasing, I was told that the blue mats will be part of the deal and the next day when I bought the cage, the blue mats suddenly had a price of its own. I understand the logic behind prices but not the ill trained staff and milking your customer, by representing one thing as part of deal and later withdraw to milk them more. Till they sort their staffs behaviour and customer dealing, I suggest you should see the options available online.

Petpal is the best place to groom your small pets, its also the best place to get your Pets food since they are the distributer for Farmina, and carry other quality food as well. I get my deworming and tick medicines from here, as well as collars, leashes, etc. One thing is for certain, they may not carry a huge variety of stuff but what they do have is always high quality.

When it comes to buying a dog , I wont really recommend this shop to anyone who actually wants to buy a pet from them. But if youre into buying pet accessories or even wanna get some knowledge about it and you gotta visit it, its worth it. But the pricing of pups are totally gonna set you off. Seriously they try to rip you off right infront of you. If you wanna make an estimate about prices just dont go here.
