Bad service, unorganized system, traffic jam, services it should be improved..

The worst ever..... They have made more than 10 x counters to cross but still they are unable to manage the rush. Even after increasing the tax they are providing the most pathetic services.

Too slow! Gets very crowded. No official is there control the lanes leading up to the toll. Should have prepaid toll option and lanes for cars. Dumpers, trucks, tankers, cars all line up in same lanes. Need proper management and staff to avoid mishaps. Local government should give proper attention to all the toll plazas of Karachi. They need proper management. Plus, it could streamline higher tax revenue. If only we could think progressive, only then we can improve basic utilities and government installations.

Toll plaza is good but mismanaged due to which have to wait in long queues for longer periods. This is due to non compliance of proper tracks. Heavy transport covers all gates and nobody bothers to regulate due to which cars suffers

Toll tax is too much. I just visited Bahria town and paid 100rs for both side.Traffic Management, toll ticket booth services is improved now

The concept of motorway is day dream while reaching Karachi. Not properly managed motorway. The experience of M9 was not so good due to rushy traffic without any MP, its a riskier one at night.

Never a good experience as nobody follows the lines and every other person us hassling from here and there. We need to understand the importance of discipline as a nation.

Transforming M9 is a big one toll plaza i have ever seen to my eyes i am totally satisfied to this and I appreciate Government for this big one effort

Must care in which lane you are, if you enter mistakenly in m lane they will fine 500 RS.

Karachi Toll Plaza new design is better than old one. But still some facilities are lacking as compared to taxes being collected. There is no proper fresh drinking water , resting area for long tours and public toilet . They will never type your vehicle registration number on slip. These things can be improved.

Its the only toll plaza when you reach karachi. At times it gets very busy and the traffic becomes mulish.

Very slow, it waste 30 minutes on average. No proper lane working as per crowd on weekend. I would recommend all the travellers to keep 30 minutes in you schedule when coming to karachi

One of the better toll stations in Pakistan. Lot of kiosks to cater to huge traffic coming to and from Karachi, the largest port city of Pakistan. The electronic MTag facility is also available for unimpeded movement. Good management overall.

They have 8 lanes and staff is too slow. At rush hours they have to wait for the turn for almost 45 minutes. Today I spend 45 minutes to pay the token. In this technology world, we will have to wait for manual transaction. Sadly we have to live with such system.

Thats the first toll plaza while leaving Karachi on the Motorway to Hyderabad. Since it is the busiest route so the toll plaza is always jammed pack. They hardly take 30-40 seconds to clear the vehicle.The one problem I noticed every time visited, is the lighting issue at night times. Dont know why but it feels pretty darker while you see this during nights.

Poor quality superhighway. Too much congestion on toll lines, last nigh i had to wait almost half n hour to pass through. Slow working system they have placed there. Its a bottleneck

Toll collectors were intentionall slow the one we used was actually sleeping and had to shout to wake him up though I was 4th in line which took me 50 min to clear

The toll staff is very rude and incompetent. There is no such thing as discrimination.

This is the main gate of Karachi from where every province comes and there is a great deal of Rangers checking. Which makes it easier to catch criminals

I bought M tag so that i can pass without any hassle or wait in line to pay toll. When i reached there, there was long que, people without Mtag were also in line. The guard wasnt telling people without Mtag to change lane. There was a board stating if a car in Mtag line is found without tag it will fined 500 rupees, but I saw people paying normally like they do on toll, and the guy was also fine with it. When we finally reached, he told us the machine cant read our Mtag. We paid 1000 for the service and got nothing out of it. It was a mess.

Not very well organized like other toll plazas on the motor way in Pakistan. Staff seems to be inexperienced and inefficient. Most of the times they can not handle traffic efficiently. People also need to switch over to Mag Tag system to avoid long queues.

Conjession too much government should manage traffic on toll plaza it waste time about half an hour for M-Tag Customers & more than 1 hour for normal customers

Takes a lot of precious time and hard-earned money to get past this toll plaza, whose labour treat every respectable civilian, no matter who he/she is, as if s/hes a criminal or a war prisoner while the so-called motorway ( which is actually a rehabilitated Hyderabad-Karachi Super Highway) is usually very much congested. You find a truck running at the speed of 30km/h on the fast lane while a car running 170km/h drives past your wrong side, without any fear

Mostly busy and slow place for journey to Karachi at this spot in the way, authorities need to increase number gates.

They change there toll three month ago from Rupee 30 to 40 and they change it again from 40 to 50 for cars suppose to be at least one year after they change the price.

Mtag is great to avoid time loss at toll

Toll tax is taken by FW but the quality of the road is not upto the mark. It is unsafe to drive and most drivers dont follow traffic rules. There is no proper monitoring of traffic rules violation.

Extreme rush. Poor management. Long queues. No M-tag working. Above all M9(Hyderabad Karachi) motorway does not meet bare minimum standards of motorway. Its just simple dual carriageway or commonly called Double Road only. No control of motorway police even motorway police doesnt care to be on duty even on this segment of motorway

Very poor management, just for providing a ticket, they work so slow that huge queues form. Then they have special lanes in the middle and no traffic control. Drivers are jumping from one lane to another which causes further jams!
