11 Dec 2020: Passed by while visiting 3rd National Guava Festival at MGH Guava Valley,  Dhool village stop by ATDCP.BB Health Tours.Again passed by on 14 Dec 2020 while returning to Karachi Cantt Station.This Station deserves better than what and how it stands but the permanent negligence by the Sindh and Federal Governments has only seen complete disaster of each and every structure.

I have good experience from my ChildhoodThis railway station..I wana c it in moor good conditions..Keep it clean for the healthy envoirment..All the best for PK Railway...

Landhi railway station is one of three major railway stations in Karachi, Pakistan. It is situated in the east end of the city near Quaidabad in Landhi and serves as a major stop along the Karachi–Peshawar Railway Line. Landhi Town is a large industrial town in the eastern part of Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. It is bordered by the Faisal Cantonment and Shah Faisal Town to the north across the Malir River, Bin Qasim Town to the south and east, and Korangi Town to the west.

Pathetic enterance, total dark because of poor lighting and no proper sitting or waiting rooms available, always prefer to take your trains from Karachi Cantt or else youll stuck in worst traffic route and even worse situation at the station itself.

I live there close and I love it. Washroom system is not good other wise its a good railway station.

The first station of Karachi City. Its approach is very difficult with almost no facility at the station.

Its good not very populated neither rush but one thing you have to hurry cause train not stay more then 2 mint especially night coaches train parking available

Best railway station

One of the weirdest thing I have seen, you have to enter from the main gate but for ticket purchase, you have to cross the overhead bridge and again return to main platform. Totally waste of time, if you are in hurry to catch the train, you prefer to board into the train without purchasing ticket

Most of the time, trains with Business classes do not halt here. Very few benches for sitting. No electricity.Also the ticket counter is on the other side of the main entrance with four rail tracks in between so you would have to cover a long distance for purchasing tickets.

A major Rail station for people living in sub-urbs of Karachi .. unfortunately not many trains have stop here...more train needed to stop here specially train for Lahore

Many trains stop there, its also near to our home... Been using it for travel for last 10 years.

Damn corrupt if ticket worth is 445 the damn rascal giving it 550 and removed original price and saying if u want to buy than buy otherwise go cheep corrupt staff

Despite being a major railway station in Karachi, it does not look like it. Tuck shops and stalls are less than should be, restrooms are dirty, coolies are treacherous, police is sleepy and railway officials are invisible.

This station also serve to so many people because this is the nearest station from Landhi, Korangi, Malir etc. This is also a Railway Junction

Location of this railway station is very important for Karachi as it is first stop for all important trains entering the city. It should be the last stop for all trains (not now for all) leaving the city too so people living outskirts will not travel back into the city when leaving it. This station has reservation office plus special reservation quota for travelers starting travel from Landhi for countrywide routes. Building and platform of this station are not in a good condition. Staff is unfriendly like all over the the country in Railways. Funny (for staff) and brutal (for visitors) thing of this station is that you cannot buy platform entry tickets from outside or entrance. Instead you have to enter and pass all tracks and platforms of the station on foot to reach that special office which can issue you platform entry tickets. If you failed to buy it and caught without having it, you must be charged with a big fine (or bribe if you have offer-n-negotiation skills)
