Have been flying extensively on Serene Air and can rank it as the best dinestic airline yet.New Aircrafts, full course meal and hostile crew are the main positive points besides competitive fares.

Fraudulent discounts on credit and debit cards. Firstly they force you to go to their few ticketing offices to avail card discounts in this age of digitilization. more horrendously they charge double for same flight if card discounts are to be applied. so to avail a discount of mere 1000 rupess you will have to pay 8000 extra. thridly fares have gone up drastically sincr they became part of the airline industry in Pakistan.

I usually pyrchase tickets from their airport office, today it was on the way so i stopped by. Thr office is nice and the staff is friendly. Their credit debit card machine was not working so i couldnot avail 10 percent saving that i usually do on my allied cardI had to go and find atm take out all the cash travel back and pay them. I have been traveling regularly with serene this year, the flight and service is good.

I travelled about two days before with my family from karachi to Islamabad .overall hospitality was ok but breakfast should be better than what we have been served.

Visited there for booking my tickets. There were 4 - 5 seats but only one officer was available, maybe because of time as it was 6pm almost. Seating environment is good and also I didnt find anything odd regarding customer service.The biggest issue however is the parking. Its situated on a single road which works like a double road and theres no way that you can park your car or even a bike nearby. They should arrange visitors parking inside the building.

Better than others

Although fares of Serene Air are lower than PIA, but flight cancellations are their real issue. You might never know as sometimes they cancel the flight and inform you a few hours before that. Reason for cancellation is stated as operational decision while in reality, they cancel flights when plane is not full.

Nice travelling experience much better than airblue

Very uncooperative staff. I was travelling 90 year old patient with 18 stitches from Karachi to Lahore. They refused to give us a wheelchair until the boarding opened. We couldn’t sit out in the heat due to the stitches. However after contacting other airlines Airblue gave wheelchair even though we had serene tickets. I will not travel with them again.
