Very old name in the business but now they have famous for their bad services. being travel agent or having travel agency is a big responsibility that most of them do not understand. someone travelling depending on you and you can ruin this by just causing simple mistakes at your end. They should improve their services otherwise the new entrants will throw them from the market. Location of the agency is good and reachable to most parts of the city but parking is a major issue and that should be taken care of while visiting there. Staff is nice and polite. Try once to get your opinion.
