Very bad experience. I asked for a flight reservation for collecting my German visa which is free of cost everywhere but the person at counter asked me to submit Rs 500. He told me that there was no gurrantee that I would come back and confirm the ticket! Thats why he was charging me the fee for the print out of flight reservation!I visited another nearby travel agency and the provided me the reservation with no excuse within 2 minuts.
