After shifting from Kaneez Fatima to PCSIR, the most important thing I found here is peace and proper roads and people here always mind their own business.

Its a nice place to live, away from the city hassle and noise. Houses are spacious, streets are wide and community park is a plus. The surroundings are under development atm and roads are pretty bumpy around.

Water issue at commercial lane. Over all very good. Security 8/10 and environment 8/10

I am resident of this society. Very true that security and society administration is awesome and electricity issue is no more now but the water problem is still at worst condition from some days. Market is lil bit away if you want to buy something while walking, but it is in heart of very rich and famous institutes of city like, Dow Medical university Hospital, Kiran Hospital, Memon Hospital, Suparco, PCsir laboratory, Karachi University and many more with in 15 minutes away.(Note* Water Issue is resolved by PCSIR Residential Comity and some shops are opens nearby)

Water issue since March 2017. Many people call Water Tanker service. Lots of electricity outage. Secure. Far from City center. Lots of stray dogs barking in streets day and night. Many people call Water Tanker service. Trash in empty plots.

Very good environment and nice houses

Far away. No market at walking distance to get day to day items. (Probably) unlawful construction work going on with no planning or care for rules of making buildings. Encroachments in building houses, which at places reduce the streets to mere pedestrian pathways. Amenities not visible; either sold as residential plots or undeveloped. No place for kids to play. Many beautiful houses are also seen though.
