Buses r very good but system isn’t organised & update...

Faisal movers is one of the best bus transport services available in the country. They have the best buses and drivers, easily comparable to the international bus service of Daewoo.But they really need to work on their resting areas or bus terminals as they’re mostly just very small, congested and not kept so clean.Karachi has 2 separate terminals for the bus service. This one located at Taj Complex is located more central to the city and thus more feasible for the customers. It’s actually a bus terminal complex for buses of almost all the services in the city. But they really need to work on this terminal as it has MO proper waiting area, and buses are just standing or wait at the dirty area. This one separates them from other services that are taken for higher standards like Daewoo.

Faisal movers Taj complex terminal is one of the three terminals of Faisal Movers operating in Karachi. It is located in Saddar Karachi. Other two terminals are Karachi Cantt terminal and Sohrab Goth terminal. Taj Complex Terminal is not a proper terminal. It consist of a small waiting hall and a service cabin. Seating in the waiting hall is enough to facilitate the passengers. They do not have a proper terminal for bus parking and use the road to board passengers. Prayer can also be offered in the waiting hall. Usually cargo packages are seen lying on the waiting hall floor. You can purchase ticket or get booking information from the service cabin. Staff behaviour is normal. They can improve them being more polite, professional and better quality behaviour. Faisal movers network of buses covers many routes from Karachi some of which are being to Multan, Lahore, Islamabad, Bahawalpur.They have two types of buses, executive class and executive plus class. Executive plus class has three columns of seats while executive class has four columns. Thus executive plus being more comfortable and expensive.They are usually one to two hours late to the time they announce to reach their destination. However, as compared to the time taken by other bus services, their services is better.Bus takes 30 minutes to reach from cantt station to taj complex...and additional one hour to depart from suhrab goth terminal.Executive plus do not offer services to Bahawalpur route.Bahawalpur route leaves the sukhur multan motorway at Rahim yaar khan exchange and covers rest of the destination by G.T.Road.Taj complex terminal has an adjoining atm of a bank outside.As compared to others,Faisal movers bus service is good service from Karachi to other cities, however some aspects of their service can be improved.

The Place should be upgraded and workers should be trained as popularity of services is expected to give more that what is offerd.

A tiny transportation office in a huge city. Buses were good. Service in the bus was typical and counter service is just like a govt office, nothing special.

Too much small space onle 1 shop and connected 2 portions not propper waiting areas for both male and female. Drinking water from dispencer bottle filled with local tap water. Whole terminal congested environment looks like fish market.Too much Improvement required every aspect... Propper space for terminal and bus station with clean clear having more spacious lounge required.Jazak Allah

Small waiting area. Cleanliness is an issue. Not much facilities available. Warm despite of Cooling air conditioners. Outside Messy and broken roads. There coaches are really good and I definitely recommend them but they must work on there stations.

It was overall average experience as I travelled in business class,Timing was too good but food was not provided as promised plus wifi went off on half way and got to know the internet card was expired that was pretty disappointing.

Worst management, chairs at waiting area are damage. Bus hostesses are worst in behavior, they love their sleep than serving passengers.

Buses are good at least business executive but you wont be able to guess that by looking at the location which is pretty bad. Small shop, congested across a trash nala. Advised to wait in your car while your bus arrives at the departure station.

You can buy tickets from this place for bus. They have air conditioned busses to all major cities of pakistan. They have only 2 counters for customers. Unfortunately sometimes only 1 is in working. They dont pick phone on busy days like eid etc. Staff is not courteous.

A makeshift terminal established inside a shop.Needs improvement.Serving large number of passengers.Companys terminal in northern cities are far better in terms of facilities, appearance, cleanness and human resource.This terminal is so far offline and booking is only available through phone or personal visit.

Been there to collect the lugage sent for my sister from rahim yar khan !as a whole i dont have complain but what i didnt like about the staff is they took very long time to handover the lugage as its lying next to me. when i repeatedly ask the counter lady she told once she complete the booking of departing bus then she will give me . the work of 5 minutes took an hour .
