People at Careem have a reactive approach rather than a proactive one. Their drivers are untrained in being courteous and polite. And if anything goes wrong, youd deal with their amazing customer service whod apologize and give you free credits, as if that makes any difference. They really need to train their drivers properly. Even though I got free credits (which I did not want), I wont ever be making use of them and neither would I use Careem again.

Please stop the nonsense promotion via flex. The organization must adapt local culture and trends otherwise survival would be difficult. Our culture is bright and we have the history of being the most honorable nation in the world. We cant afford such flex and we dont want our sisters and daughters to act upon your advise. The person who is advising for such shameful advertisement is not a well wisher of CAREEM. Kindly take out all such advertisement immediately and its for the CAREEM future that the management should apologize and beware of doing it in future. We have the right to uninstall CAREEM app and start using other service. Please think and react.

YESTERDAY I HAD VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH CAREEM RIDER ARRIVED AND THEN HE DENY ME TO GO BECAUSE I HAVE A WALLET AMOUNT & HE SWITCH OFF HIS MOBILE AND LEAVE MY PICKUP LOCATION. AFTER 15 MIN MY RIDE IS CANCEL BY RIDER BUT CAREEM CHARGE ME 72 RS.NOW I COMPLAIN THAT IT WAS NOT MY FAULT. THEN CAREEM REPRESENTATIVE EMAIL ME WE RETURN YOUR CANCELLATION FEE AFTER 30 DAY AFTER INVESTIGATION .

Air conditioning is poor. Staff is rude. You have to stand in front of customer desk for more than 30 minutes. It took around one and a half hour to resolve a simple issue. Avoid this place if you can.

No punish for captain , thats why captain take the reides and if you call the captain he said where are you going. If he doesent want go he cancel the ride.Whole world working a lot of privates company but this is really rubbish in my city.

Bad experience in Pakistan.Lot of times when calling them captain accept and than cancel ride especially when company is offering promotions.Lots of deductions for my son in term of negative balance of saudi arab.Despite of clearing and paying many times.Waste of time too much.Always giving some number which is always unable to resolve issues.Hate their complaint centres ,only diverting customers.
