Today I had ordered an Economy Plus on B4U Cabs Android app and the driver has not reached the pickup destination after waiting for 12 minutes and I had called him on my phone and the driver was not picking up my call and then messaged him about his whereabouts and yet not received his message. Highly dissatisfied with the service.
