I mostly found the system down, customer services are secondry here while marketing of their products are priority.

I did not like the place at all. It is situated in a dirty place not befitting ufone.

Its just OK because they have just 3 employees to entertain you and you will face to much wait as this frenchis is multi-tasking (Ptcl /ufone) so must think before visiting it.

Bunch of fraudiesI booked my number online went for sim one of them said bla bla bla and you have to pay 850rs i said ok ill buy online then he asked me to wait and did some dramay and said there is restriction on your NIC for 8 hours, i went next day a lady said you have to pay 550rs becouse it is an special number, i came back and bought same number online at 250rs + 125 delivery charges

There is helping staff ready to serve you with his best capacities. Staff behaviour is excellent. Serving standard is too much better than other customer care centres of such organisations.

All facilities under one roof program related to ufone mobile and charji internet device. Staff need to be more polite and customer friendly problem solving.

One of the best ufone customer service centre in Pakistan. U can easily find car parking there. Customer relation officers there are neat and clean people, they are helpful, honest, commited to their job, polite, educated and civilized. It is 1000 times better than any other ufone customer care centre in Karachi.

Ufone is no doubt have biggest network in Pakistan, and have huge numbers of customers Nationwide.That office is not very old, service is very fast and staff is polite and friendly.I gave them 4 star, because there is no wheel chair accessible entrance to the office, so if someone who cant walk, and on wheel chair, so would they serve him/ her on the road or outside the office ?

I will rate it 2 star only, no doudt office looks good, ppl are pleasant but whats is the use of this office and automation when you need to visit office personally 6 7 times in 20 days just to request to finish your work, I applied for new PTCL land line connection arround 20days back and I have already paid for it but still waiting for connection. What to do this office and automation, surprisingly on my yesterday visit customer services officer called even concern PTCL new connection Manager and he prmoised that work will be done today. But nobody even contact for connection. When managers will behave in that way how do you expect that lower staff will work. Totally disappointed service, PTCL must look into it.
