They promised 15 business days of response time after the payment. After close to a month I contacted them, the guy would either not pick up the phone or just swear it would get installed in 24 hours. When I called after office hours and left a detailed message, the machine said, the company would get back the next business day. That call never came. Frustrated, I demanded a refund. They took almost 2 months to process that and in this day and age and ironically despite being a telecom company, instead of sending the refund pay order or cheque by courier, they asked me to take out the time to visit their office to collect the refund. Seriously?

I am one of your client in Model Town, Lahore. I lose my connection every week, and then it takes 24-48 hors to bring it up. Here is a suggestion that will keep your up time near 100%.Announce a monthly bonus for best division, region or area. Since you have all the downtime data for each region, give this award to the team that has the lowest down time. Give publicity to the winning team. I guarantee you will have the lowest possible down time in Pakistan. The bonus money will be much less than the extra business you will get. Beside then you can cut a part of your tech support team.

Awful customer service! Even after paying in advance for the service on their promise that it will be installed in 2 weeks, it took 4 weeks, countless calls and emails to get a response from them. Then, when they determined that installation is not possible due to building permit issues, they took 2 months to process the refund and that too after several emails. At the end, instead of mailing the cheque they called me over to their office to pick up the cheque in person. Terrible service! NOT recommended!

I requested a relocation for my connection and it has been almost a month that no one has even called me for the relocation or tried to explain the cause of this delay, let alone relocating my connection.I have done my best to wait, making multiple requests, following up and making unlimited calls.At this point I can definitively say that your people, the infrastructure and the company as a whole is a total failure and incompetent to fullfil my request.I would like to request a full refund for the money that I have paid Storm Fiber for connection relocation. Also, I would like to request a full waiver of the current month bill (August 2020) that was sent to me regardless of the fact that I am not even using the connection for at least 20 days now.I would like to hear back from you without any further delay.I demand refund to be processed in full or Ill be happy to dispute all payments that total to around PKR 8,000 so far.If this matter is not sorted within a reasonable time frame, Ill be happy to take matters to the relevant honorable court.I am making Pakistan Telecommunication Authority party to this email and shall request their cooperation in the matter.

This is the 3rd breakdown of Stormfibre services in past two months. It took 6 days, then 3 and now its 3rd day and no one is responding. I have to get a Jazz device and pay Rs 2,000 per month as a back up, since June 2020. Stormfibre should refund the money for constant breakdowns, till they get their act together. Its simply pathetic to see a private sector company so unprofessional and incompetent, with total disregard to customer care.

The road in front of it is in ruinous condition. It has no parking space/ lot. Waiting room is actually a makeshift small space with no proper sitting arrangement. Visitors could feel as if they are lowest grade employees of the company while waiting in the so-called waiting room. No access to the responsible office bearer thus denying help and support to the visitors.

Its truly a storm like the name suggest. It would rack all your scheduled meetings or work plans with uncertain services. And its difficult to pin point one issue. If its not speed then its the wifi capability of their devices and if not that then constant interruption of connection. They rely on ad-hoc solutions or mere trouble shooting the problems without going into details of issues. Their device is pretty sensitive and youve to mold and adjust your device usage according to them and not other way round. For 2 days and counting, my service is out and Ive called to CS umpteen times with no resolution in sight still. Their team dont even have the basic decency to call you back when request for an ETA of your resolution. Because of their services I didnt go for an increased bandwidth but got ourselves an other connection from a diff provider. Fancy that!If youre looking for new DTH fiber solution, Stormfiber is not the one you should go for. There could be better choices available on the block.

I full filled all prerequisites to qualify to get internet connection at my residence in block 15 Gulistan-e-jauhar, paid connection fee rs 4600 on 25 May, now it has been 10 days internet connection has not yet installed despite my several phone calls to customer care and sales agent that my children on line classes are missing and existing internet provider disconnected connection, unfortunately every time same rhetoric type of response your connection will install soon. I rate this type of response from a reputable company extremely poor and substandard.. Now a days work pace is very fast, and quick but your dealing with clients needs drastic improvement.Regards

I have been using Storm Fiber for over 13 months in Gulshan e Iqbal Karachi. Over the period the internet hardly went down for 15 to 30 minutes 2 or 3 times.Internet Performance: Promised upload and download all the time.Support Team: Intelligent, good listener, helpful, replies within 12 hours of every email. Good Job!Onsite installation team: Very decent guys, professional, quick but without rushing the neat and clean installation.Onsite Relocation Team: They said it will take 7 to 10 days but practically they took 4 days from the time of request. Pathetic after sales service. Kept calling two to three times every single day for three weeks to ask for tax certificate inorder to file my tax returns but zero facilitation was provided. They keep you on hold for half an hour to transfer you to their concerned department where no one ever picks up. The portal DOES NOT provide relevant details. Heavens sake, DO YOU PEOPLE EVEN HAVE A PROPER OFFICE SET UP ???!!! Utter nonsense and hopeless customer service. Be ready to lose some business!

This is my personal experience. Im using their services since 4 months now. Theyre very laid back kind of a company, they do not take your issue seriously and only fixes it for a short period of time.Their internet is not stable and has very awful drops in speed during the peek hours, usually its not even stable to make a video call on a 30MB package so you can imagine how this service will work if you have a smaller package.Moreover, they dont respond emails and waste a lot of time on call. Their technical support is a joke since they never identified my issue and are not willing to help you.Calling them multiple times and begging them for help will never work, if their service is bad in your area there is nothing you can do about it and your installation money will be goneI feel like I have been robbed by this service provider since they cannot deliver on what they promisedOne stable internet

Excelent Customer Service and dilligent follow-up till the connection charges are paid. After that, you are on your own. We connected everything ourselves since StormFibers storm away and never came-back to connect any of the 03 things we paid for and they were suposed to return and connect. Their strenghts clearly line in 1). No follow-ups, 2). no single-point ownership on comittments and 3). leaving with customers TV cables. And by the way, 1). as far as the HD Box goes, only a few channels seem to be 1080p (rest seem to be lower resolution), 2). LImited HD Channel line-up and 3). the other analog TV line you get free (after paying for HD), well you gotta figure out and pay for the wiring and setup yourself etc. (that wasnt very clear from their website). Surprisingly for a media company, they are certainly behind tmes and cant even put up an App.

Its been 3 months since ive been using their services and i must say im really satisfied. Previously i was using PTCL and was facing slow browsing and connectivity issues every now and then but after switiching to storm fiber i only encountered connectivity issue once during these 3 months. Ping is usually 3ms which is great for online gaming!

Apart from occasional drop down in speed, we have always received good internet speed. The cable service is not bad either. They offer plenty of channels and an additional set top box if youre willing to install it. Overall the charges are definitely not the lowest but my experience has been better than most of the other internet providers I have seen.

I have called atleast a dozen times. My complaint number is 7028.Their people are all topi baaz. They used to call me at least 6 times day to buy their service. One of their key point was 27/7 support. What support? It is a joke.I do not recommend STORM FIBER to anyone dead or alive. Pathetic people, awful support. I give them -5/5 stars.

Turned out to be a worst nightmare for me. Installed just 10days ago and already facing problem regarding fiber wire disconnected twice. And even they come for fixing after 48 hours which is quiet worst then PTCL I think.And 10MBPs speed is just a worst speed ever experienced. Worst experience to date, even worse than PTCL. Paid for the installation more than 30 days ago, the wiring was installed within 7 days but no internet for 5 weeks straight. I called numerous times DAILY, i was put on hold for as long as 15 minutes on each call because they were coordinating with the team. When i called them early in the morning, they always said sir aaj hojaege. In the evenings they said Sir ab to pteam wapas ja chuki hen apko pehle call krni chaiye thi.I finally had the store launch without the internet and hence without the security cameras connected via wifi. On the day of the launch, at 8 PM in night, their guy calls asking if they can come to connect and insisted i let them in DURING THE LAUNCH. They then came on Monday, issue was fixed finally after 5 weeks, but the the very next day, the same issue again. Red light, no internet.Bravo!
