I have not visited the shop in person but have shopped online. I must say its a heaven for the people who love different kinds of pens especially the fountain pens since they are quickly becoming obsolete so much like so many other beautiful things; thanks to the new technological age where everyone wants ease and carefree things. Still a very small number of people almost all of whom are well educated and well past the young age are in love with the thing called Pen. I ordered a few pens online and received them very quickly and efficiently. The prices are very good and are far less than the price in which they are available elsewhere. The pens i received were exactly the same as i had ordered. I am very satisfied with the dealing and service provided by store. Looking forward to order a few more. Highly recommended.

Worst customer service by far. Especially online. God forbid if I buy again.

I got a sms from pen world that on Sunday there was a discount but when I went there I was told that unfortunately because of some technical issue it couldnt be availed. I didnt like this. Otherwise its a good place and they have a good collection
