I worked there as a QA my experience was good with them. People are nice and friendly like family.

Work environment and culture is amazing, professional but friendly.Very frequent road trips and other activities are arranged by management for better team bonding.Employee retention rate is very high and there are many rejoinings as employees enjoy what they do and the atmosphere in which they work are more likely to remain employed with this organization over a longer period of time.

I have been working at Next Generation Innovations full time for less than a year.Management/colleagues are cooperative & friendly. They have a professional environment. They also encourage LFA and other road trips which helps in team building. Moreover, Birthday celebrations take place every month. And they have given health insurance (including parents)+ life insurance.Technical management, those who are weak are easily identified. 3 months duration is tough to survive because of high moral and ethical values. There are lack of seniors. But it is getting better.

NGI is located in DotZero, (awesome co-working space). Joined back NGI after few years, undoubtedly it has improved a lot. Being a mid size, growing organization NGI has left behind number of software houses/startups of same size. Still a long way to go... InshaAllah we will soon be on top.
