Went there for an interview, really nice office. I was made to sit on the roof which had a good view. Didnt work there so cant tell anything about culture, environment or other stuff.

I worked here for two years. Let me share my observations.The first thing is every glitters is not gold!Few of those I witnessed.No doubt the top tier management is super nice. Below that level the culture is full of nepotism and favoritism.Leads and supervisors treat others based on religion, sect and race.

Gaditek is run by young IT professional who have high ambitions. They sell goods on line and have well maintained backup facilities and trained and dedicated staff. Their office is state of the art and staff members are very well taken care of with in house gym facilities.Their office is located in a very secure and safe area. Their business is expanding and future looks good.

I got the interview call for the post of SEO Executive at Gaditek. I rate 3 star because the HR department was not professional which I was expecting. I waited very long and after my first interview they hired me on trial basis. For one week I worked with SEO Team the project name was PureVPN. My trial period was good, SEO Team Lead was a professional guy. After I passed my trial I called for another interview with the GM. The GM also approved me but when I went to Gaditek to get the offer, HR officer told me that your salary will $$$ which I was taking with the current Company. So I told him that I fill and wrote my expected salary in the from so how can you do this to me? At Gaditek over all experience was good in term of SEO work but HR and management look non-professional and lobbying. Hope that current situation has changed !

If you love process then you should apply that company and they give you proper career path.

Actually this is a software house but I have a meeting here. My review is for building and how its maintained. Its a beautifully banglow with gaming area and prayer place. Awesome cleanliness. Waiting area and garden is well maintained. Lightening, decoration, furniture everything is stylish. Loving this place.

Commercial set up housed in residential area.No sign board to announce the location.No parking area,area congested with m/cycles.Interior very trendy, cubicles enclosed in glass partitions.

Ridiculous service - His SEO members dont know latest Google algorithm. They need to hire some best SEO persons who knows how to index ecommerce site urls. - It seems that all Google reviews are generated by their own employees. Sorry BUT I am really disappointed.
