Pathetic service I am customer of them but they are not properly guiding even dont pick the calls. They are making people fool for opening account and after that not response to their customer. I think they should upgrade their self as per current standards of market.

My shipment is lost still not received, if you want to delete comment, urgent deliver it, CN #: 151004803111 for delivery to you. It was my valuable mobile worth 25000

M&P logistics (Company) charges over original weight without reasoning/ mentioning in prescribed receipt (which shows only total amount) in consequence thereof, reputation may be gone in this competitive market and it is considered un- ethical.

WORST, UNPROFESSIONAL, PATHETIC.Will never use this bloody service.

M&P itself is good service, however there are some duplicate charges, charges for box seperate and then pay for its weight also. Also round figure system charges extra on customer side. Rate must be on actual weight. The Staff behavior was not satisfactory, however, they are providing good service.

Only waste of time dont use m&p they have the most un-professional rider who even dont know addresses properly. I dont recommend any one of you to use M&P. Very bad experience. They are giving worst service.

Customer care sucks. They dont even pick your call, my package has been stuck there for weeks now. Very unprofessional and the worst service ever. I still dont have my package.

Excellent Cargo Service even for local small items.Much better, much swift and guaranteed deliveries...Shipped a pair of shoes at 9 pm (at night) from Karachi to Jhelum and believe you me they delivered it to Lahore via air plane and further by road to Jhelum by 10 in the morning very next day(overnight shipment)CHARGES: you wont believe, for 1 KG packet they charged Rs 450 only with such fast shipment.Hats Off.Keep it up M&P

This is a 24/7 center of M&P corrier. Rates are very high as compared to lapord but less than tcs. You can collect ur parcles from here u can come here for tracking of your parcles. Staff is cooperative.

Very poor and bad service only waste of time,The parcel arrived for more than a week but did not send to the address, nor sent back, when the call was not answered and the senders call even was not answered and still did not pick up and when I went there in compulsion, I asked about the parcel, they told me that its returned,OK lets go today, but didnt call and send us a reply,They called you again and again but you did not answer, but I did not receive any call, yes your phone was going to be engaged, but this week I did not call or call anybody. Then,Actually our roll is that we do not have a parcel for more than 24 hours,In such a twist, they told their truth,Two parcels arrived earlier but did not arrive at the address,This is the worst service

Very worst experience that i had faced from M and P couriers. They are not much responsible or not take a responsibility of your couriers by saying simply it has been lost so sorry.

Their service is pathetic. I am their COD account holder wanting. My money is stuck their for no reason. Since I opened my account, there was no instruction about how to use their portal, how to load shipment. I then mistakenly added extra shipmenet which hillariously was not varified in their operational department which cause me to pay for extra shipment that was not dispatched. When i asked them to open my case and resolve problem, they made lame excuses and delayed this process. Now its been 8 month now, I havent received my money back. Pathetic. - Their customer support sucks..

Not satisfied by the lack of customer services. Delivery is late or unknown and I have been calling customer service at different time of the day and was on hold for more than 15 minutes each time. Ultimately the call drops. I have sent email as well and no reply. The company should take serious note on their lack of professionalism before enough customers are dissatisfied --> closure of business.
