There are some services that are pathetic but even word pathetic doesnt suit this company, they are far below than that. Neither the head office know what they are doing or how to handle their services nor their representatives in respective cities. My consignmemt had reached my city since yesterday at 11 am but they havent been able to deliver it to me even after assurances from the head office.

Pathetic service. Firstly the rider doesnt come to pickup your parcel until you call them multiple times. Parcel delivery is late even within the same city. Lastly the COD payments are made quite late. Even Pakistan post has better service than this one.

Hey I got a parcel for 247 rupees but the courier boy argued that we have to pay some sort of tax so he took 300 rupees while on the parcel it was written that you should not pay more than the original price so why he took 50 rupees extra?

It was the head office and I went for business meeting. Dont know how exactly to rate it. It was a typical courier office with no parking area and very crowded surrounding.

Horrible! Incompetent staff that has no idea about whats going on. Frontdesk receptionist asked me for my Tracking ID which he wrote on a post it and then disappeared. Then 5 minutes later he came back and sat behind reception. 10 minutes later I asked him to follow up and he disappeared again for 5 minutes. He came back to me asking for the Tracking ID. I asked him what happened to his post it, to which he responded, search kerte we ghum hogai. They made me wait 10 more minutes. Eventually they found my international shipment of two clothing items worth $147.55 on which they asked me for 9,450 RS Clearance Tax. I asked them to provide proof from customs office to show that the tax is really 10K for clearance of two clothing items. The only proof they had was a letterhead of their company with miscellaneous charges. After I got a little loud with them, they put on a headset with their custom clearance manager who said it would take them a day to provide proof. Of course, and everyone reading this knows that theyre going to get in touch with some corrupt clearance officer and come up with a fabricated piece of paper. If youre reading this, please be an informed consumer. Dont just pay extra without knowing what these unprofessional thieves are trying to charge you for. I am escalating this charge with my bank. Steer clear of this poorly run, mismanaged operation.
