Visited Toyota Eastern to change transmission oil of my GLI1. 6. I was greatly pleased by their professionalism. Customer service was up to the mark. Maintainace work was efficient, it hardly took 20 minutes. A good place for routine maintenance of your vehicle.

Staff appears to be least bothered with presence of customer and continued their chit chat...May be sales are too good that they are least concerned about sales services ....Non professional attitude though...

They are fraud. Be aware. I installed both front and back bumpers from them on insurance. They are manipulating their customers. They reinstalled the old bumpers of my cars after they just repaired and colored the same bumpers.

Costs alot more than your average auto market but the work you get done here is ensured. I was qoutes stupidly expensive amount, at first i had my doubts but then i decided to go with it. On the first day the car still had issues toyota claimed to fix, i went in next day and the management scolded the machanics and got it fixed again. Been running without any issue since.Summary: It is expensive, but the work they do is ensured, u can rest easy knowing tommorow or 2 days later if your problem isnt fixed , they will fix it for u.

Their mechanic advised to change the engine plugs while they were replaced on 10k kms ago by their own workshop. This became a concern for me and i approached their service manager that how come your own mechanic advised to replace a perfectly working part even when its life in terms of mileage is long way to go. This became a concern for them and they agreed that it was a mistake by their mechanical team. To me this was a cheating approach to enhance the bill amount and my trust on toyota workshop vanished.

Refuse to check leaking fault in my car through computer . Because they said your car is old. No matter they have to check through computer. Otherwise I can go outside any workshop.

Worst experience ever. Came here for service, inspection and tuning. Inspection report covered recommendations to have good parts of my car replaced for an insanely costly amount.Service crew applied wax to my engine (for it to look extra shiny) I discovered later though that wax accumulated dirt on the engine surface to make it look worse than before.Car did not require wheel alignment as bad as it required a few weeks after I visited the maintenance shopWouldnt recommend this outlet to my worst enemy

I asked for a electric overhaul. The problem I was facing was ABS check light, Eco check light, headlight and some minor electrical issues. Eco went off just a day before, average with ECO was 12 without eco it is working at 10.This place got handsome money to correct the issues I was facing.And when they delivered my car, a new story was told that it happens with new car as wel that Eco does not show but works fine...I got there for better opinion and work spent lots of moneyAnd what I got wrong info and even with that money they have not corrected my cars headlight.Very not impressed with them...

Little expensive but worth it. Cooperative staff fine waiting area and expert technicians. Atleast my car feels happy there :-)

Takes a lot of time for delivering cars

Its a 3s showroom Very good after sales service the staff is very cooperative. Though they have too much rush but never seen any customer waiting in line to drop his vehicle. The only issue with these kind of service showrooms they are far more expensive than other roadside mechanics or Auto Shops. But the positive is you get a genuine part for your car.
