The salesman will assess your standing of the product and will deal with you unfairly, disrespecting your requirements and working on a pre-disposed strategy. The only people that get attention are the customers with commercial needs. No return or exchange policy mentioned on the receipt, the sales man will pretend to serve you at the time of buying that everything is orderly but once the product is sold and if you ran in any problem they will make sure to tear your pocket down. Besides this store is also not the warranty claim center for HikVision products. Totally NOT recommended! Try HikVision stores in Jinnah Society, PECHS , Silicon Technologies or in Uni Plaza as the prices are more or less the same.
