Food is good. Mandi and Madfoon are tasty. Although we expected some thing spicy, but it has pleasant and light taste. Quantity is wholesome , They gave complimentary yakni ... which is delicious. Place has ambient environment, kids loved playing in small cabin with floor seating. Although its bit expensive

Sadly, Mutton Mandi is not up to the mark, a below average taste, quite shocked over taste, quality of meat & rice Prices are so high as compared to quality and taste. FLAT TASTE MEAT WITH FLAT TASTE RICE Somehow extremely disappointed! I attended the opening ceremony & the staff head lady in black dress was found arrogant and rude to guests and employees even. Complimentary soup was served half bowl & cold, and complimentary Salad was all about 2 pieces of cucumber and 2 pieces of orange carrots along with few salad leaves. ( As we Pakistanis are fond of having well rich citrus salad and in a quite good quantity.)So... i wont recommend it as you can get a lot of better & tasty options in town as compared to this.

Ambience is soothing, food quantity and quality is amazing, servicing is commendable and pricing is reasonable. However, as a former resident of KSA I still crave the same taste of mandi

My first visit over here. Must say it took quite a while to get this place open.For ambience Ill rate it 8/10. Really nice interior. For hospitality and staff service Ill rate it 9/10. The warm welcome and staff behavior was very nice and friendly. Now comes the main part of review food. Tried different items so have a mix review. Mandi was the main dish. Chicken mandi was ok and mutton was good. Rice tasted good. Mutton quantity is something which should be improved. Apart from mandi we tried salad, bbq platter and juice and all was good. So for food Ill rate 7/10. For pricing I find it over priced and Ill give 5/10.Still worth a try.

Good ambiance and service but the food was a bit off on the taste side. We ordered chicken and mutton mandi and spicy chicken mazbi the chicken was dry and the rice was unappetizing perhaps because it was steamed. The soup was bit salty on the palate then it ought to be. Hummus and the bread were quite good though.

Overall experience is below expectation.Taste not even close to original Mandi, totally disappointed.Not recommended for true Mandi lover.

The attitude of the general manager was pathetic and very rude although a person named Salman came to Apologise and said he was the owner his attitude was better the quality of food was below average. we have other restaurants who serve better mandi in Karachi so I dont recommend this place at all.total wastage of money and specially the experience not coming again never.

Best best best place for Arabic, Yemeni and Lebanese Cuisine. Ambiance is so comfertable and clean, service is good, staff was courteous, good quality and enough quantity means everything is on point.

Very disappointed by the quality, we order 2 mutton mandi for 2 guys we both not like it at all.Plus sweat dish is disaster Kanufa.Believe me it’s the worst we had ever tasted.Not value for money as well.

Bait al mandi was a unique experience in terms of visiting an arabic cuisine; mainly because unlike other Mandi restaurants in Karachi which are mostly themed for casual dining, Bail Al Mandi is a fine dining restaurant where you can have a working or business lunch or can have a quick client meet up over lunch.Food quality is 10/10 with sizzling juucy mutton with aromatic basmati rice which is sufficient and refilled within the price of meal.Ambiance is 10/10Location is easy to access and not a congested place.I would love to go there again and highly recommend it.

It was first visit, but somehow I couldnt find it up to expectations in term of taste specially of rice and chicken which was flat. I discussed this with staff, he told me that they are maintaining the same taste as of branches in other countries. However I didnt find any similarity in this as taste, whereas in KSA n Dubai taste is different and very tasty specially of rice. According to them they have brought the chefs from abroad but then what? I dont know they need to find out the reason of this.However setup is very good staff is generally courteous. I really liked the floor sitting. Location is easily approachable and valet service is available. I hope Management will look into this and improve the taste and quality of food.

Only place is good food is average serving is very less. Rydan Mandi is the best in Karachi.

I am a fan of middle eastern and central asian cuisine. I like non spicy food but they offered ub standard food. Meat was good but rice was very bland.Service was good and the atmosphere was fine.The food was super expensive and tasteless.NOT value for money and utter disappointment.

Nice food, ambiance was good. Chicken shish touk, chicken mandi and mutton madfoun was very good. Garlic sauce toum was also proper in taste like in kuwait & dubai. Customer service was also good. Price was okay. There must be discount for university students.

Just boiled rice nothing more nothing less. Humus was just two tablespoons and then the waiter got me to order bread. Which means it was not complementary. Which is okay but then the bread was like for 10 ppl. On complaining the manager some Arabic brother came along which is really good and nice of him. But all he said was we are wrong and the fast is exactly same as it is in rashidia dubai. But I have been to almost all there branches in uae but the taste here is not even 10% of what it is there.Really not recommended.

Over Priced & Over Hyped. The serving is very very small compare to the prices. Mutton mandi i ordered was not properly cooked and raw. Whereas the salads portion prices 480 were very small. Similarly yogurt salad which was just a raita in a small bowl priced for 450. The bbq platter was ridiculously small and consist of only 1kabab 1 chiken boti and 1 beef boti. I don’t think people eat that little in middle east.

One of the best Mandi places around.With around Rs.1000/= per head its quite a reasonable option considering the food quality and generous serving size.Service was certainly above average as well;with one of our servers,Ariba,being extremely hospitable and particularly helpful in assisting with menu choices.All in all,a more than pleasant experience.

Totally waste of money, pathetic experience, if you’re claiming about authentic Mandi by saying the original is less salty that’s fine but it was tasteless, even the Mutton pieces were not properly marinated, the drinks were just average, kunafa was okay let’s come to the service, the service was too slow even the green sauce came when we almost finished our meal, and at the end an Arabic guy claim to be the general manager came to ask for your experience and he didn’t have curtesy to listen the honest review and claiming continuously that the taste is authentic and he had an attitude that he doesn’t care about our opinion.. overall experience was very bad and I don’t plan to go again nor I recommend anyone to go there.
