Beautiful ️ Railway Station wherefrom train services towards all over the Pakistan are provided. Waiting area of the railway station is not big enough and it hardly has the capacity of maximum fifty (50) passengers to wait for their train... Building is too beautiful ️. Some renovation work is also being carried out to rehabilitate the tracks..

It is the main Railway station of Karachi and the last one on railway track starting from Peshawar (KPK). This track pass through almost whole of the country. Trains for all over the Pakistan are available here. It has large platforms and lot of edible are available on stalls/tuck shops situated on these platforms. Platforms has waiting areas which are both open and covered places, but at times one cant find a place to sit due rush of passengers. On spot ticketing facility is available on the station beside this facility for online reservation of tickets is now also available through Pakistan Railways mobile application.

The busiest railway station after Lahore Station was established in 1896 by British company.The passenger trains move across the country and is the departure station for many express trains.The building is currently under protected heritage by Government of Sindh. There station has every facility that needs to in a major station except escalators and elevators for special & senior citizens. Only simple staircase is provided to move through platforms.The platforms are quite long and wide, there are plenty of food stalls and souvenir outlets situated between platforms.

Sufficient precautions are taken for COVID spread. This time announcement was not proper or the voice not loud enough. The train was standing at the platform and I was waiting for it.

Yet not well maintend, miss mangement over crowded, no preventive for Covid-19.

Being a railway station of big city its need lot of improvements, no proper info about trains and their platforms displayed, not clean, stinky.

Its a good place to feel comfort... Good facilities are provided to all the passengers they easily sit on the benches to wait for the train... On the whole my experience is good here

Karachi cantt railway station one of the main and busy station handled dozen of upward and downward trains, and busy round the clock and seven days a week, have all facilities for passengers and cargo transportation for whole Pakistan

Train is best way to travel and cantt station is best of all in Karachi we have visited to much time and I think every one in Karachi is visited cantt station found a nice place. love it

04Sep2020 and 02Sep2020:Departed with Karachi Express from Karachi Cantt to Rahimyar Khan on 02Sep at 7:45 p.m. exactly on time. Reached Rahimyar Khan at 6:20 a.m. only 40 minutes behind schedule.The Station is not in good shape. There is no security in sight. The trains are not kept tidy. Washrooms are unclean.Though the best Sweet meat shop of Rehmat e Shireen is situated inside for the utter delight of passengers.Returned on 4Sep with Shalimar Express which was already late by 3 hours behind schedule. The seats were much better than Karachi Express. There was hardly 25% occupancy. Due to Covid, no meals were served making it difficult for the passengers.We all hope and pray to Almighty God to relieve the humanity of this epidemic.For: BB Travel n Tours

Old British time construction evertday 1000 of passenger going n coming from other cities. Good facility for poor n middle class people. Train journey is great and memorable must travel once a life.

Nothing changed for better in last 70 years here. Very poor infrastructure. Same old style coolies. No provision for people with problems in climbing stairs for platforms. Overall dilapidated facilities gloomy atmospheres.

Always crowded and happy faces whenever go there because people are to receive there ones. Well the facilities are not up to the mark, you can not park on the road there is a parking in the station which was close initially due to Corona issues but now open.

It has a historcal beautiful building made about 150 years ago my british rulars ruling Info Pakistan. It is a hub of trains from where people travel up country. It is lying in contonment area. It has 8 platforms, a huge capacity Reservation office known as ROKC. It has two main halls, one in center and other in beginning known as Economy hall. All counter of sell current tickets are situated in this small hall. There is one upper class ticket counter situated in main hall.

Not much better but still a good place and also so busy station.

Its good, but they should improve their system , our train was 5 hour late and they didnt even inform us.

Most trains are on time and staff is mildly cooperative , they charge 10 rupees to go on platform otherwise they charge you for two way ticket of nearest station overall a good experience

One of the oldest railways stations in Pakistan. Built during British reign in the subcontinent between 1860-1870 by an Indian-British engineer.It’s still one of the largest railway stations of the country. Everything is very streamlined and organised. From buying tickets to check your platform for departure. However most of the system is not computerised and a guy has to open up a big register for details about everything.

Experience was literally awesome but a lot of hawkers and beggars disturbed us so that we felt uncomfortable. Otherwise it was worth travelling train.

This is very nice station in karachi. Environment so good and clean time to time Trian Announcement parking area for different vehicles seperate waiting area and seperate booking area and urgent booking area is seperate and its very near for every area and taxi is also available there.

Very elegant place turned ugly by mismanagement. Very poor customer service at booking counters as well as Information counters. They behave very rudely to the passengers, mostly poor guys who are their cusomers. This mind set needs to be completely changed if Railways want to grow.

It is Karachis largest railway station. Thousands of people on daily basis travel from here to outside Karachi and reach here from all over the country. Its based on a old building and it has upto 8 plat forms.

Very bad service no trains arrive on time. All politicians all finance departments are just taking tax from the poor people of Pakistan but not giving them any services. People wait on the station 4 to 5 hours.

I visited Cantt Railway station for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised by the place. The area is very large and there are cargo services as well.The main platform building is quite impressive. The place as a whole needs some cleanliness.Theres a Rehmat E Shereen here as well as a Pizza Hut but there really isnt any comfortable place to sit.

It is the main railway station of city of Karachi. Others being Karachi city, Drigh rd Jn and Landhi Jn. There are 8 platforms on Karachi Cantt station. The best among these is platform #1. While #7 & #8 are new built as station gets busy with all the up and down traffic. Unfortunately the cleanliness is not very good. There is a big railway reservation center too. The best food option at Karachi Cantt station is Rehmat e Shereen bakery.

Can be a better experience if and only if the organization proceeds with a proper guidance and work hard.
