Well modern tiles and washroom accessories

It was a worst experience buying tiles from this branch. Not recommended.1- Uncooperative, lazy and arrogant staff.2- Mostly tiles were broken when delivered to my place. When asked for replacement, it took more than a month. I laterally begged the staff for remaining tiles. They dont even bother to pick your call. You have to pay visit every time.3- Chinese and Irani tiles. You cannot find it any where else in the market.4- Too much variation in size.5- Display tiles are good but you get B quality tiles when delivered.

It was suppose to be good store but lack of maintenance and lazy salesman are major issue nowadays. They are not updating their display and lighting. Sadly, losing its grace.

April 2020. They have big show room, three floors with lift/ elevator. There is reasonable variety for mid range tile designs in flooring tiles and bathrooms, bath tubs, shower booths and sanitary & plumbing fittings. But there is compromise in trading standards. From us they took advance money and at the time of delivery told on phone that they dont have enough of the tiles in the design that we chose. They misguided us to purchase much smaller tiles than were more suitable for our bathrooms.
