This association is only to loot Pakistanis. Only in Karachi, they charge 2 rents on one agreement (1 from tenant, 1 from owner). Otherwise in all over Pakistan, its half. Moreover, they will chipka the flat/house by saying west open(even window opens to the east) mtlb window hona hi yahan west open hona hai. So bad community

Filthy area, roads are all broken, no parking arrangement, shops are very low profile and low grade. Only good for day to day grocery meat, vegetable etc. Visitors are advised to be vigilant from pick pockets.

Sehar Commercial is a commercial area/Street located parallel to khayaban e shabaz. We can find almost everything in this commercial.

Its not a Mall but just a commercial area with bank, grocery store, and all other services at the area.

It is a nice commercial area in dha karachi phase 7 , it has all type of commercial units like banks , hairdresser , car mechanics , grocerys etc etc and 2 and 3 units apartment .

Just another office of the organization that has been established to look after the typical interests of property dealers or real estate agents working in Defence Housing Authority. Dont go to them if you ever face any problem with a property dealer, because they will all join hands against you.

It is a big commercial area of DHA. New shops and chain outlets are opening up here as it has good location facing two major roads; Commercial Avenue and Khayaban-e-Seher.

I live here.its commercial area so not very clean.DHA needs to improve the area.6th commercial lane is so dirty but no one bothers.
