Beware you will over charged by the cashier here. @Manager please take action i was lucky to catch your cashier over charging me and demanded a refund. He put money in his pocket. Not FAIR!!!!

They have good deals and animal fries are superb .. must try ..i ll suggest family deal .. also crunch burger is same size as normal burgers =) thank me later

Lab Burgers provide quality food and always maintain taste of signatures burgers. Personally i like fire bird , recommend to all.

I had their fire bird burger. The taste was great and the spices were well balanced. This place has scored a position in my favorite less expensive eateries in Karachi.

Late service and Abundance of people and lack of space

Not a bad option because it gives you plateful of a mega burger which can fulfill your appetite like anything unless you have come back from a 30 Kms marathon. Mall is good one as it gives you all you need fun for kids, shopping for everyone and a bit of fun and lots of eating. Worth a try.

5 star because they have my favorite burger so far... Burger lab original .. Its a perfectly balanced burger with right amount of ingredients, souces and bun quality is outstanding.

Nice place to dine with friends and family. They have detailed menu with above average prices but the food quality and level for burgers is great. Its highly recommended. Our beef burgers had a very unique taste and it was Juicy and felt like a proper stake burger!The service was nice. The food was hot and drinks were chilled. The French fries were nice and crispy yet soft inside.Had a lovely Experience!

Pathetic service. They take sooo much more time than the time they state and even after that, dont expect your order to be right. They are quick at charging for stuff but they wont add the extras in the food

Located at my favourite place Lucky One Mall, Main Rashid Minhas Road.You find a variety of burgers here. I have tried Big Bang (beef burger) which tastes very good and can compete with beef burgers from the top selling brands.Staff is decent and observe cleanliness.Vouch365 has just turned active and offering Big Bang burgers only on buy one get one free.

Burger Labs burgers are highly dependent on their branches, this one however made the best ones compared to all the Burger Labs. Juicy, tender and graceful amount of sauce.

Dont even have a change of rupees 1000 on an order of 630 at a time of 1.30 PM which is a normal lunch time! Disappointing matter for a franchise like this.

Its good and fast serving timely even in rush hours, the quality is similar to any other Burger lab outlet, Animal Fries are speciality, though dont try home deliveries as thier sausy burgers got soggy in paper bags during delivery

It was amazin experience there at burger lab.

They serve the food as they show in pictures. They took the wrong order and when I complained they changed it but I had to wait again for 20 min. The taste was just normal nothing glorious. Their Animal fries was cold and felt like they served left overs.

I tried their one of the beef burger by looking its ingredients. I was very excited and heard much about it but when i took first bite, it was really a disappointment, no taste and just like Patient Food without any salt n Spices.We also ordered another one but it has same taste too. Pathetic totally taste wise. Wasted my money. I never visited them again and would not recommend to anyone. Even thailay wala has more taste then this costly burger.Poor TasteNo value for moneyBe aware of it.

Although, there Doppler burger is one of the huge burgers in circumference, try it omce and let me know how much did you finish.The menu is fine as usual and taste wise all burgers stand in competition with others.They regularly offer discounted deals and the best one is 4 in PKR 999 may vary but youll find more.Home delivery, take away and dine in all options are available.Try and give your opinion.

Good family deals, but service was poor at lucky one

Unattentive staff. when I approached the counter, staff and manager were sitting and chatting. one member of staff asked someone to come and take my order but no one responded. Eventually someone came to the till to tale my order. the store only had 4 customers, and I was told my order will be ready after 6 minutes. I came to the till after 6 minutes and I was told another 6 minutes. staff was uninterested and in no way concerned about the delay and lack of service. after a few minuted I approached the manager and asked again about my order and the manager gave me an unfriendly response, and then I asked his name, this is when he became worried. Then I was given my order which has one item missing. I was told that someone will being the remaining order to my table. once we received the food it was cold and poorly packaged. the oils used to fry the chicken was old because the chicken was very dark and hard. The store was not even busy and there was such a long delay, and even after the delay the food was cold and not fresh. Avoid this store, you will be disappointed!
