I cant understand why the vendors started to charge additional amount for a paper bag? BATA charged me Rs 30 for a paper bag, I suggest to all the vendors should bear the paper bag costs as they did for plastic bags else we should launch a campaign to educate the vendors.

Over crowded and severely understaffed. Its was mostly self service and making payment was an impossible task.
