The staff was very hospitable and the vet knew what he was doing and answered all our queries patiently.

They have a budget friendly selection of toys, accessories and pet food. The vet seems inexperienced. They only deal in cash or bank transfer. They have a cool variety of bird toys.

They dont have all the foods that they should have , 4 people sitting in a corner locking the room , strange what kind of sops they are following , for everyone knowledge they deals in cash only no crdt debt cards , and i must add one thing people who know and own cats you dont need to ask them what they want .Helping is a good gesture but they need to change their attitide . Birds toys are great .

Usually good but had a terrible experience today. Placed an order in the afternoon and get a call at 9pm insisting that they will deliver today (sunday) after 10pm. Insisting I transfer money into their account, they gave the wrong number. Created unnecessary tension at night time on a Sunday because they were too lazy to make two deliveries on a Monday. So naturally the customer should jump through hoops and drive to an atm machine in the middle of the night in the middle of a pandemic. Ive used these guys before without any problem but never again. Petsagent it is from now on.
