The products are fine I guess. I was impressed with the store but the staff are liars. They downplayed the price of EVERYTHING I asked about and when I took it to the counter, my bill was huge because the actual price of the items were double what they told me. I didn’t notice until later but I’ve never been lied to my face like this before very surprised. Will never shop again.
Staff are always friendly, helpful and kind when we visit. My dog is always spoiled with treats and pets, and were always feeling welcome in the store. This customer service is so appreciated!!! We also recently tried home delivery due to COVID-19, and the order arrived so quickly!!! Petmania is fantastic!!!
