I had a watch in warranty. They told me straight out, its irreparable. Watch was handed over to me in very dusty condition with claims of international lab standards. Even they put scratches on the watch crystal and denied right away. Changed the eco drive cell and charged me while the watch was still in warranty.My next visit was even worst. Watch wasnt fixed at all. More scratches. I definitely dont recommend this place.
