There is a lot of traffic all week long, and special occasions also make this place very congested. Monday afternoons and mid week afternoons are best to go to the mall and for parking.

Cars can get parked but fee is charged always that is actually illegal because the person who charge the parking fee is not from the government , just placed by the mall management for the loot
