Located near Hassan Square and Civic Center, it makes easy for the residents to reach any part of Karachi. There are many shops surrounding the area, has there is no need to go far away to buy daily use items. The building is good but not maintained. If the union pay attention on the maintenance and cleanliness of the building it is a nice place to live.
