I ordered surgical mask the color I ordered they send wrong color. The box was open, this is a hygene related item.Also 2 masks were short 2 string broken from ordered quantity. Kindly do not buy Pink or any color from them. They are not professional.

Id like to say thank you to everyone who has taken the trouble to post their customer experiences here. It makes a real difference. They have provided a phone number on which they never respond so that alone indicates how shoddy their service must be. Ive seen this with electronic Canadian retailers as well who are just as unprofessional and false in their claims of responsibility towards customers.

This website is literally a scam in the name of E-commerce, tried shopping last year on Big Friday sale for the minimum amount to try their services, my card was charged but order didnt confirm, I again tried yesterday to shop their Big Friday sale for their IBFT deals again for the very minimum amount just to avoid risk & boom my order is still awaiting payment confirmation while I paid for it right after the order. Emailed them & tried contacting on their whatsapp as well as facebook messenger but nobody even sees the message, pathetic customer service they have! Never ever recommending this website!

Order placed on 21st November. Paid full in advance ( My bad luck ).Order confirmed on 23rd November.As per them it takes 4 to 6 working days which were to be completed by today that is 2nd December 2020. But no update about my order neither they are replying. Blocked me on thier Facebook page as I left a review their and now not answering the call at call centre.

After having a bad experience, I posted a negative review for iShopping.pk to which they immediately reacted, and remedied my complaint. I appreciate that they are worried about their brand name, but I would want them to improve their customer care and deliverance of their services.Pakistani e-commerce market have a lot of scope but sadly our marketplaces look at their short term profit instead of focusing on customer satisfaction and building trust in their brand.

Great E-commerce services in Pakistan. Lots of products from several categories are available. Great delivery speed. Just sometimes you have to be wary while buying from new sellers or sellers with low ratings, but otherwise all major brands are available at your fingertips. Lovely return policy, free returns.

Their delivery service is on time as said within 3-5 days and within a week easily you can achieve your parcel. We can trust them with our money too in the way that the received product would be totally similar to one that ordered. On your first shopping with them, you can have an amount of discount too.

Good experience. Ordered an RGB Gaming Mat (Bloody) from them. The price was very competitively and the flat rate (200) shipping was icing on the cake. They charge flat rate shipping for all items, so even if youre ordering a giant casing, it will still be 200. Great service.The negatives? Slightly slower in delivery than direct retailers (czone for instance). But then again, czone charges 1500 rupees for shipping a casing or monitor.Will shop again. Gg.

I live in Dubai, but I was on a business trip in South Africa and my mother needed to change her old food processor with a new one. I looked for the same in South Africa but the markup was huge. I have no doubt to say iShopping is the best website for 100% genuine products. Yes there shipping is late I got one of my international product of 260k+ with in 40 working days. But it was worth it. Price was the lowest comparing with other websites and stores in Pakistan. Product was sealed and never opened and everything was in place. I was also given 24 hours to check for any faults or damages but Alhamdulillah everything was fine and perfect.
