You have quoted that it comes with 7 days checking warranty on a live chat for which I have a proof . You guys only know how to make money though scams. Worst Experience. Pathetic service.I made a mistake of my lifetime ordering an animal for sacrifice online.They have cancelled the order without any notice !!I kept on requesting them that I understand it is hard to deliver in rain, tell me your spot I will come my self to pick my animal.But off no avail, I got no help.I request all to never use their fu****g service.

As the company has grown its quality of services has gone from worse to pathetic may be mainly because their vendors are not reliable and will send you junk and daraz will not take responsibility... At the end of day you waste lot of mone, time and energy fighting them for your rights. No more recommended.

First experience was the worst experience. Bought few books from Daraz Sold by Islamic Books & Stationers (Attock) - when the items arrived Rs 800 worth of books missing from the package. These guys dont seem to have any care for customer service and quality and send whatever they wish. Never buying anything from them again.

If you have items out of stock then why are they still purchasable? Youre hiring graduates from LUMS, IBA, IoBM for what? Sitting like ducks and spending your marketing budget while you have absolute 0 customer service? You guys are overly hyped for no reason with no sense of customer retention.

I ordered a few items which were delivered incomplete. The picture said 100 grams ×2and I only received one tube. Next was jolen bleech cream and it was not genuine at all the the cream in it is as hard as a rock Highly disappointed and the products delivered . There is no way to contact Money wasted.

This is the new warehouse of Daraz and it is amazingly organized. Goods are packed here and delivered to courier conpanies for onward deliveries to the clients nationwide. Visitors are not allowed to take in any gadgets with them like mobile phones etc.

I have ordered One cufflink from Daraz and they send me a different product which I have ordered is in a different style and colour ( Square style and Silver Colour ) and they send me in gold colour, they wasted my time and efforts of returning product. @daraz.pk today I received a football with pump and kneepads for 1030 on discount from black Friday which already came late due to protest and strikes. After unboxing it the pump was already broken and the had no inner hole and to double check it I went to the market to fill the ball with air but they told us it has a problem and I want my money back or else I would have to post it on swot or report it to customer care service

Never faces such pathetic service in my life. They are fraudsters.1. Deliver faulty items2. Never turn up after so many complaints.Please beware of such frauds.
