Worst condition! Building condition very deteriorated. Near to collpased! Decades ago this building declared DangerousRecently visited this place, basement roof collapsed and fall on basement floor.basement is full of debris,Rubbish,water. Totall dark basement. Very unhealthy environment!I do not know for what waiting concern Govt departments. Is waiting for an major incident to happen? Very unsafe buiding of Karachi. Due to lack of residential areas. Low budget houses near top business ateas. Occupants of ground shops, Building flats occupants took risk and still living there.I will recommend Govt to take action without wait.This building should be demolish immediately. Give compensation to owners to all occupants of shops,flats. First priority should be basement shops owners as Basement since begining flooded with water. No business activites carried out in Basement floor shops. Shop owners invested hard earned money that is lost.They suffered most.
