Few years a go, the internet connection was great plus the team was very vigilant about any power disruptions. Things have changed today. I have called Optix helpline 8-10 times because my internet connection has been down for the last two days. I was given numerous complaint numbers. However, shockingly, nothing has been done so far.All I hear is that the team is coming soon to fix the problemBefore this, the internet goes down after every 2-3 daysI do not recommended customers to get this internet company now. Standards having really gone down. I am moving to StormFiber, which my friends also tell me that’s it’s good.
