Hospital is like a hospital should be. Very clean, hygienic and all health SOPs followed. Courteous staff. Reasonable fees and charges, excellent technical facilities. OPD doctors not at par. This is the only weakness. Overall, very good experience as patient.

State of Art hospital equipped with almost all requisite facilities and faculties for the citizens of Bahria Town. OPD and emergency wards are also well maintained and equipped to handle urgencies. It’s well located.

Last night in emergency and today in OPD I visited there for my child. I must appreciate this state of the art hospital building, staff, service, medicines availability and qualified Doctors.However child specialist fee in OPD of Rs. 2000/- is quite enough. They should have general physician clinic too with reasonable fee of Rs. 300 to 400 so that more people can come in for regular visit. And where the case is complicated, they should refer to specialist.I would love to go there again but specialist fee Everytime is not affordable.

I have been part of this hospital for more than one year,Although equipments are realy international standard but the Doctors and staff now a days are so poor in quallity. They dont know how to deal these standard equipments.Second managemt is extremely poor .I think higher management should review hiring management and their process.Best of luck Bahria hospital.

I had experienced the Radiology Department only which requires serious attention towards its Handling and Processing. General behavior of the Staff was friendly but they lack skills. My husband had undergone his MRI which they did wrong and we were being called again from far away to get it done again. Also they took a lot time to prepare and handover the report giving excuses of non-availability of the Doctor. Doctor Anum Akber the person in charge for generating reports needs to be re-reviewed for this technical position. Besides the fact that she had generated a wrong report to us which she later corrected with an excuse, her general attitude towards work was also absolutely non-professional and casual.The Hospital Management should focus on the script of Advertisement and Promotional Banners. If they are writing Hospital of International Standards or likely The Best out in the Town then must keep the words for their own Reputation.The majority of Uneducated, Uncultivated, Poor Nation of Pakistan as their main customers unfortunately, could be ill-treated or fooled but please mind that there are some who knows the Rights and the Wrongs.

My review is going to be on point and true to its core as Ive experienced everything as a patient for week admitted there.Firstly no doubt that the facility is state of the art. They have used the best available equipment and have designed the facility very well.Doctors are good except a few which I am sure the management will filter soon. Same applies for the nurses.Discomfort was caused as the staff kept fiddling with the A/C controls and dropping the temperature of ER down to bone chilling 16.The dietitian has to focus on her patient needs and the cafeteria staff needs to be more humble.What happens between the departments is none of patients concern. Care should be provided problems should be solved for patients, the internal departmental feuds can be resolved later.Generally I found a protocol issue everybody is on alert for Bahria officers but the general public is often ignored.An organisation is not just about fancy equipment or buildings. It is the people the human touch which will prevail to make it happen for you.They should really acquire ISO and HACCP systems certifications and become compliant to ensure top quality.Every startup has teething issues this review is from a community member for the community to help improve.I wish this Hospital all the very best in the future to come.
