Its a fair enough place but those who assume its a good place to drive to and have a picnic well there in for a disappointment as this place and its facilities are for local residents rather then being public utilities...But for local residents ya its good place to spend ur morning walks or evening tea..

A paradise away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Its calm and relaxing and above all very green with lots of trees ad swings for children. It is very well kept with fountains on one side and hills on other. Jama masjid is also a walk away and model houses are also very nearby. A lot of birds can be seen in twilight hours which has become a rarity in Karachi.

Great place to live in. Compared to Bahria Town that is far away from the main city, this Naya Nazimabad is a great opportunity for the locals as well as the foreign residents to come and book their place in the nearest vicinity of the center if the city. Nice planned color, almost a Naya Nazimabad that can be a new home for your dreams!

Very very nyc Italian style housing society at nazmabad location. it is ideal for the ppl who are living in nazmabad .construction is good ,rates are good , foot ball ground and cricket ground is available and houses are compact . construction is fast , ppl are living also in the society . haji osman ghanis daughter is the CEO of the project. the entire team is very efficient and active . I liked the naya nazmabad alot during my visit in jan 2019, during the defclarea matches tournament .

Its nice looks r great but these people are cheats while making a booking for plots they show the maps n when u go for possition they give u another plot by saying we have the rights to give any plots so my question is than why ask costumes what types of plots do they need and charge extra can someone help me with this

Look fine price is also good, but I had same bad experience .we left our ladies near Masjidthat area was dark no light was on .After maghrib prayer when we are going back and we notes they on lights.
