I have read previous reviews which were not good. I visited yesterday and I have observed that their dealing is so kind.
The quality of service has deteriorated over the years since its inception. There is hardly any Queue Management System i.e. there is no proper line or token system. There is a lack of personnel dealing with the queues. One person deals with two queues, one is for ladies and the other for gents. A third queue is dealt with by another person who accepts form submissions and answers general queries. This shows lack of information for the general public which could be easily made available through general notices or website. There is no proper ventilation in the premises. The AC isnt working properly. Overall bad experience.
