Yamaha University Autos is straight forward in dealing beyond ethical customer service. Declined my warranty service due, in COVID-19 lockdown situation with timings limited to 9am - 12pm, after this they want to charge money even my bike is in warranty period. How inconvenient and i hope even better customer service in this extraordinary situation because honestly i like their misc services.

Bought the YBR G from here with a reference that they dont betray in anything and thats what i feel from here..3S dealer of all Yamaha variants. They are not working well. I was not satisfied with their work. They will just give 10 mins to your bike please dont go there.

Dated: 09/02/2020, Ive been there for purchasing oil & filter for my ybr, Ive asked him about exchanging my bike to new one but they didnt guide me they have other works rather than the customers.

I visited today on 27 May 2019 for 1st Free Inspection for Yamaha YBR 125 and had a good experience although I read many negative comments here. They charged Rs. 500 for oil only. The prices for other gears are expensive but somehow matches with market prices. The owner Mr Furqan is cooperative and straight forward in dealing. He had a good variety of all things. The customer have more choices to select.
