Thanvi masjid is one of the biggest mosques in karachi and I live in the area where it is situated so its quite attractive and very well architected

Grand big, Beautiful masjid. Zohr Salah at 1:45 pm and Jummah Salah at 2:30 pm.The masjid is on main Jacob lines road, behind Advance Radiology Centre. The Taj Medical Complex and Hamdard university hospital are also in the vicinity.It is an state of art architecture, very good good construction and very pleasant environment.

Really appreciated........It is a very basic need for any sociaty. Management of this Sardkhana is very cooperative and humble and helpfull.Before this Sardkhana, there was no place in the area where people can put the bodies of their deceased for a temporary basis before the funeral.

The unique and one of its kind architecture is worth seeing, i think this was possibly the first building of Karachi with no pillars and yet so strong. Dont forget to have a look at the foundation stone placed in the Mosque, according to that stone this place is 100+ years old. Also pay a visit at the grave of the best and most famous Islamic Scholar Hadhrat Maulana Ehtisham ul Haq Thanvi (late) the special and a talented student of Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi (late)
