Located near the City railway station Karachi, this is very old mosque. Friday prayers are held here and the main Chundrigar road is closed for traffic during these prayers. Moulvi Sharif lead the prayers here for a very long period. His madresshah has produced many huffaz over the years. Since the masjid is near many corporate offices and banks, people who work at these offices usually offer prayers at this centrally located masjid. There are parking issues in this congested area so be careful if you come in your car. The City railway station is adjacent to the mosque and there is charged parking available at the railway station parking area.
