Opposite to Pakistan Shipowners College round about. Well managed and spacious. Offering Variety of food, drinks, Ice cream, tea. Karahaye was okay, as it was not that much tasty. The place sitting area was neat, clean and very very well managed. Menu was a bit expensive as well... overall 3 stars...

We visited here on September 05, 2020 after the lockdown for celebrating the birthday, we had good experiences the staff was very good, we went their in night so the menu was limited but the food was very good in taste, very comfortable sitting, overall very good recommend. You can go with your friends and family. Must go

Overall very delightful experience.1. Primary thing was food which was super dlicious. This time we ordered chicken sajji and afghani seekh boti so yummy.2. Presentation was awesome.3. Staff was super active n always present.4. Air conditioned family hall is added advantage. Only part which is lagging is they need to increase more floor sitting arrangment.

Its a very good place for both friends and family gatherings. The food options includes variety like Pakistani, Chinese, Traditional and Afghani. The prices are also very good while comparing the quantity and quality of food. One must visit and take a shot at their items.

Sitting capacity is quite good enough. There beef karhai is spicy and delicious but I was not satisfied with their Mandi, however their BBQ items were average in taste.

The overall experience was good and the food was delicious and tasty, as food compared to the most restaurants in Karachi. Open air ambience was great in late night hours, as around 8 to 9PM traffic isn’t good. They also had full tight security with heavily armed gunmen which provided a sense of protection.

Best for real traditional food of Pathan

Recently visited Gul Shinwari Restaurant as this place have ostrich karahi. As a FOODIE it was obvious to visit and try it out.The restaurant is situated opposite to shipowner college. Its very easily accessible.Two main issues are, high tension wires are going above the sitting area and its sitting area is on the main roundabout of shipowner college. Even parking is also available inside the roundabout and sitting area is divided into two halfs. One for families and other one is for gents. Yeah its a big roundabout. So its noisy as its in the middle, surrounded by roads.We tried ostrich karahi and their special chicken karahi, both tasted good and different. Serving time is more then usual because the place is very crowded. Specially after 10pm. Apart from what we tried, afghani plao, seekh boti and chapli kabab is also very popular here.Must try once.

We ordered Beef Karahi and Malai Boti. Malai Boti was good but quantity was less than expected. Beef Karahi was not cooked well so we had to send it back to cook again properly. We also ordered Chapatis but they were also not cooked well.Its also not a family place, as it was only crowded by men.

I posted 5star last time as their food was good and service is outclass but today I am quite upset with them their food was ok and worst service I ever get from anywhereI recommend dont visit them on holidays and weekends

Just an average resturant which is over rated.their famous speciality is shahi tikka having dry fruits in sauseges which did not taste good so far and it is cooked twice which makes meat so hard to chew.mutton karahi was good in taste but meat was half cooked even i sent back it twice but still meat was nit well cooked.so if you plan to visit their than better to force them to cook well.i will not recommend this place.
