Dow University hospital main laboratory and collection center. Accessible entrance and parking available from inside hospital while accessible entrance only from main road side. The lab is equipped with professional, well trained and polite staff. The prices of Dow labs are reasonable and comparatively economical than all the other labs around the city.24 hours and 7 days a week services are provided here.

Pathetic staff. No generators for backup. Took me 1 hour just to get the token.

This is the best laboratory Ive ever visited. The staff who took out the blood was pretty skilled they didnt let me feel pain when they drew my blood. Most of the laboratory was empty when I visited it two times both the times it was empty so you could get everything done real quick and wont have to wait too long for you turn. And there is no guidance on the website about how you could access your reports online. Otherwise I would recommend every person to atleast visit this place, God Forbidden if you want to get tests. The rates are quite low if compared with other laboratories.

Online report collection facality is not available since january 2020. One have to visit again to the laboratory or collection points (very few points) this makes very difficult for people in terms of time, access and money. It is requested to the authorities to again available the online reports download facility.

Do not park your car unattended outside the lab because in October 2017 my new cars battery was stolen from there, in broad daylight & hospital guards did not cooperate saying this part is not in range of cc TV coverage!!

All doctors of karachi accepting authenticity of Dow lab. Charges are almost 50 % less than as compare to other labs of Karachi

Besides the distance, the service was good.All tests should be conducted at all points.

Rates are economical and test results are accepted by leading hospitals,However never come on a holiday (sat/sun) morning unless you have lots of spare time, its packed up, try coming after 10am and hopefully youll be processed swiftly,Working days are a bit better.Have male/female staff so people observing pardah will be comfortable too.

Here at Main Laboratory due to rush & over crowded ... it takes too much times to get your test done, will suggest to avoid wastage of time, you should think to visit at their collection points all over the city.

They offer excellent and quality medical tests on lower rates, almost 1/3 as compare to Agha Khan.

Dow LAb test is much better, cheap than others, even staffs are good behavior...
