I visited Aziz medical center and I observed some things that I want to share here for Aziz medical administration.There was no complain and suggestion box available in main hall.Sweeper was also not available that is why floor was dusty and washroom were not clean.Dust bin was not available near to water dispenser.No emergency exit door, Only one door for all. In and out.Security guard was also not present there.Covid-19 SOP also not followed, no social distance, some peoples also not wear mask in hospital.I am 100% sure that CCTV also not in working condition because cameras just installed as a dummy camera. Cameras are dirty and I saw one outside camera was broken there.No benches are available out of clinic, peoples are sitting on road.Staff, receptionist plus Doctors attitude like their train going to miss, they all are in hurry.

Dr Rubina Tahir is very experienced Gynecologist.

Rating is for the Out Patient Department of medical center itself and not the doctors. Seating arrangements are not enough for the patients nd the attendants. Attendants have to wait in outside area with seating capacity of only 12 persons with out any airconditioning. Also attendants are not allowed inside with patients. There is option to buy snacks and drinks though. Administrative staff is courteous.

Dr.Rubina Tahir is best dr. in Karachi but the staff of this nazimabad branch is not so good...long time of waiting..sometimes seating capacity of waiting area seems so limited...But staff is so uneducated...
